Gohar and Jeff’s wedding was a heartfelt, beautiful, and joyful day.

Verdi Garden is a hidden gem in the heart of Encino, CA with dreamy natural light, lush greenery, and hanging plants that make the space feel like a secret garden. It was the perfect backdrop for a warm and genuine celebration.

Earlier in the day, we took portraits at the Pasadena Museum of History, and I’m still not over how stunning it was. With its timeless architecture and refined charm, it added such an elegant touch to their wedding story—and it’s no wonder it’s a favorite location for celebrity sessions. Gohar and Jeff looked like they stepped out of a classic film.

On a personal note, I’ve known Gohar for over 20 years. I’ve always admired her kindness, her joy, and her love for God. Seeing her as a bride—radiant, joyful, and deeply loved by Jeff—was such a beautiful full-circle moment for me.

The ceremony was intimate and joyful, with the most gorgeous floral arch by Petals and Hare—lush, romantic, and perfectly framing the couple as they promised eachother forever. But the moment that really stayed with me came during the toasts. Jeff’s two sons stood up to speak, and what they shared really moved me. They talked about their dad as their best friend, their biggest supporter—and how grateful and excited they were to welcome Gohar into their family. They spoke about her kindness, her warmth, and how lucky they felt to now call her “family.” I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room- at least not mine! Listening to their words, I couldn’t help but smile—Gohar had found her perfect match.

Gohar and Jeff, thank you for letting me be part of your special day. Your love and your kindness were felt by everyone present, and it was an honor to capture these moments for you. May God richly bless your marriage – wishing you a lifetime of joy together!
