Each year we plan a few select dates for our mini sessions, and we LOVE seeing you all. Each of the mini sessions are scheduled back to back and usually sell out far in advance. This gives us the opportunity to offer YOU a great family photo at a much lower price than our normal $600 session. However, to make it work for everyone at the discounted price there are a few stipulations.
Once you reserve a spot on a specific date we hold that spot over others who might want to sign up. Therefore, we can’t offer refunds, postponements to another day, or credit for future mini sessions. We do, however, allow substitutions if you would like to give your spot to someone else.

Q. Once I book my mission session date can I cancel or change it to another date?
A. Due to the nature of our mini sessions we fill up our few available dates and can’t offer any offer refunds, postponements to another day, or credit for future mini sessions. If you would like to book our normal $600 family session the dates and times are flexible to better fit your schedule and we offer one time re-scheduling if your plans change.
Q. I forgot about an event I was going to go to on the day of my mini session, can I postpone or cancel?
A. Due to the nature of our mini sessions we fill up our few available dates and can’t offer any offer refunds, postponements to another day, or credit for future mini sessions. We do encourage you to check your calendar before booking a specific date.
Q. One of my family members got sick the night before the mini session, can I get a refund?
A. We’re so sorry to hear that. For our normal $600 family sessions we do offer the flexibility to reschedule to another day. But due to the nature of our discounted mini sessions where we book all the dates in advance we can’t offer refunds, postponements to another day, or credit for future mini sessions due to last minute cancelations. We do, however, allow substitutions for your time slot if you would like to give your spot to someone else.
Q. When I booked I asked for a specific time, but now a different time works better for me? Can I change my time?
A. If you email us and we have other time slots available we can adjust your time as much as possible to fit your schedule. However, we can’t make adjustments to the times if there are no other spots remaining.
